So I think tomorrow I am going to call up vodafail and complain and tell them I’m considering walking out of my contract.
They epically screwed me around with regards to my phone repairs. They want to charge me $120 for the repairs, despite me having phone insurance. Then they said they would add it to my next months bill, and also knock off $30 off the price. But then I came to the shop to get it back, they said I had to pay $120 up front to get my phone back.
So I had to leave without it. So yeah, gonna give them a call tomorrow and tell them I’m one dissatisfied customer, lawl. The constant cutting out in reception, or the lack of reception at all is real annoying, too.
